YOGA WORKSHOP - 'GOA RETREAT SPECIAL'
Sunday 10th September from 10.30am - 2.30pm, £40, includes lunch, refreshments, handouts and card readings...
Fun & Informal. Suitable for all levels. For Yoga teachers this is a certified 4 hour CPD workshop.

To mark the 10 year anniversary of my yoga trip to Goa where I met some of my dearest friends, I've decided to make this workshop a little different to the rest.
We begin the day at 10.30am with mango lassi and chai latte, followed by an active Osho meditation (fun and energetic). Lunch is at midday which will be a Goan curry. After lunch we will practice a flowy hatha vinyasa style of yoga with chilled Ibiza style tunes....followed by a deep yoga nidra.
Spaces are limited so please pay your deposit of £10 to secure your space (this can be via my website on the workshops page or by bank transfer). £30 is to be paid on the day.

What are Osho Active Meditations?
Osho Active Meditations are a new way of taking care of both the outer and the inner you. Each meditation starts with physical activity such as breathing, shaking, dancing or humming and is followed by relaxation and stillness. This is when meditation can happen – a time to just be aware of your body sensations, thoughts and feelings in a self-accepting way without judgement.

Day trip to Chichen Itza
After morning pickup from your Cancun hotel, travel to Chichen Itza for early access to the ruins. Follow your guide through the UNESCO World Heritage Site before most of the crowds arrive, allowing up-close access and a more tranquil experience.
Learn about the role that this well-preserved site played in Mayan civilization between 600 and 1200 AD from your private archaeologist guide. Listen to your guide's explanation of how this pre-Colombian settlement was an important destination for pilgrimages, centre of worship for the Mayan people and is still considered sacred today.
Visit the Temple of Kukulkan, the Temple of the Jaguars, the Temple of the Warriors and the Observatory. Hear about the meaning of the staircases, stone carvings, platforms, pyramids and ball courts according to the mythology and cosmology of the ancient Mayan people.
Travel to Holbox. Evening yoga & relaxation.

Who can attend: Anyone who has in interest or passion for Yoga, from newbies to dedicated practitioners of Yoga, everyone is welcome. It would suit people who are fairly well and have an awareness of their health and well-being. Remember Yoga is adaptable to all levels including beginners to more experienced Yoga practitioners.

- Fees payable are for the retreat booked and non-transferrable
- Please seek medical advice for any medical conditions which may impact travel or undertaking Yoga
- Insurance is not included (please take out your own insurance for travel and health*)
- *Travel insurance is compulsory for all participants
- If the retreat is fully booked once your deposit has been sent we will refund the deposit
- Flights are not included in the price
- The price does not include any snacks, drinks or refreshments purchased away from the retreat (e.g. on an evening/ day trip out)
