Workshops & RetreatsMy workshops are about allowing you to let go of the stresses and strains of everyday life and reconnecting your body with your mind and spirit. Classes are kept to a minimum size to allow for a personal experience.
YOGA WORKSHOP - 'GOA RETREAT SPECIAL'
Saturday 26th May from 10.30am - 2.30pm, £40, includes lunch, refreshments, handouts and card readings...
Fun & Informal. Suitable for all levels. For Yoga teachers this is a certified 3 hour CPD workshop.

Treat your mind, body and soul. Immerse yourself in a nurturing day of yoga…
Suitable for all abilities.
We begin the day at 10.30am with mango lassi and chai latte, followed by an active Osho meditation (fun and energetic). Lunch is at midday which will be a Goan curry. After lunch we will practice a flowy hatha vinyasa style of yoga with chilled Ibiza style tunes....followed by a deep yoga nidra.
Spaces are limited so please pay your deposit of £10 to secure your space (this can be via my website on the workshops page or by bank transfer). £30 is to be paid on the day.

What are Osho Active Meditations?
Osho Active Meditations are a new way of taking care of both the outer and the inner you. Each meditation starts with physical activity such as breathing, shaking, dancing or humming and is followed by relaxation and stillness. This is when meditation can happen – a time to just be aware of your body sensations, thoughts and feelings in a self-accepting way without judgement.
How do they work?

Capo Cottages are a group of 3 self-catering cottages, surrounded by nature. Just 3 miles outside of Edzell village at the foot of the Angus glens.
Situated between the North Esk River and an ancient pine wood forest. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing making it the perfect place to switch off. Accommodation is spacious, spreading over the 3 cottages, multiple living spaces with the Yoga space at the hub for classes and dinning together.
Solo occupancy of Master Room with en- suite (only 2 available) - £595.00
If we have a couple booking together for a master room - £1000.00 for 2
Shared luxury twin room (private bathroom across the hall) - £400.00
If we have friends or a couple booking together for shared twin - £750.00 for 2
